Available funds assist with one-month rent or mortgage to keep a family from becoming homeless. A household must be income eligible to receive assistance up to $250. Late fees, security deposits or other costs are ineligible. A household is limited to receive rent/mortgage assistance one time annually. Assistance is based on funding availability and is not guaranteed.
